The Arizona Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc. has sent letters to Tuscon Mayor Rothschild and the entire council expressing opposition to their recent passage of Resolution 22736. The resolution will result in less competition by excluding law abiding contractors from bidding work in Tucson
Since taking office President Trump has issued a number of executive actions that potentially affect the construction industry. AGC of America has responded quickly to these actions.
